Our friends at Sound Healing Heaven are bringing a deeply relaxing studio sound bath experience to The George Hotel

Experience a vibrational sound journey in the beautiful Georgian surroundings of our Garrick Room. Crystal bowl tones fill the space beneath high ceilings and chandeliers, creating an atmosphere of calm, harmony, and peace.Your session begins with a relaxing meditation, followed by soothing sound to help release tension and encourage deep relaxation.
